- Construction, production and testing performed in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC and AD2000. Pressure and safety testing are performed in the factory by a appraiser.
- Chamber and door interiors are chemically passivated and glass beaded with a satin finish. - Permissible operating pressure: 3.8 bar (absolute) - Permissible operating temperature: 140°C - When used in combination with a low-maintenance, inflatable door seal, this convenient, vertical automatic door with a safety strip creates an absolutely secure seal around the sterilization chamber. - The door-locking mechanism operates using a control-independent pressure switch and safety lock, and meets the specifications given in DIN 58946 part II and in TRB 402. - Sterilizing liquids involves an additional, temperature-dependent locking step based on a reference temperature measurement taken in the medium. - A stainless-steel mesh installed on the chamber floor protects the valves from contamination.
